Building Resilience
Building Resilience is a 4 week program designed to set you up for long term success.
Each week provides you with a focus to incorporate mindfulness, intuitiveness, movement for health. I explain how to progressive overload and which repetition range and weights you should choose for yourself. This program welcomes beginners to advanced and experienced fitness lovers. Modifications and substitutes for every exercise are available - making it suitable for just about anyone.
If you are uncomfortable performing any exercise, you have the opportunity to reach out via email, social media, text message, or zoom for advice on how to swap it out for a movement more suitable for your body.
This program is for you if

You pay what you can. I find it fair that you pay the value that you believe your investing in. I aim to help as many individuals as I can - that being said this program is remaining "pay what you can" for the time being.
